Hi Folks! Kountrygirl Farm is a hobby farm in the Pacific Northwest of the United States. Located near the coast in a forest-like setting, wildlife abounds on the farm including deer, herons, hawks, ducks and an occasional elk. We never know who might visit. Come along with us as we cook, garden, work, and play toward a more sustainable and healthy life.

Steve and Cari met in 2015 and married in 2017. Looking for ways to become more self-sufficient, Cari convinced Steve to get chickens in 2019. He fell in love and their focus shifted to embracing the farm life. Nigerian Dwarf Goats joined the farm in 2020 and beehives were added in early 2021. The couple shares both the successes and the failures they experience along the way in hopes you find it helpful in following your sufficiency dreams, whatever they may be.
